National Federation of Parks and Green Spaces



There are over 5,000 local Friends Groups throughout the UK, and many area Forums or Networks of such groups. The NFPGS is the umbrella organisation for all such Forums. We encourage local groups in all towns and areas of the UK to form a Forum so groups in that area can support each other and stand up for the green spaces in their town or region.


NFPGS membership is open to any Forum or Network of local friends groups, which are run by and for such groups. Please see below for a list of the current Forums:
